Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional lead time, which will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods

CAPTRON North America ships from our Fort Mill, SC distribution center using UPS.
We offer the following delivery options:

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days depending on distance.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery within two business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed overnight delivery (next business day).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and shipping method.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

U.S. orders are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
Certain products may also be subject to a tariff or import surcharge based on country of origin and current trade regulations. Any applicable tariff surcharge will be clearly identified at checkout or on the order confirmation.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, unless otherwise stated in a written sales agreement.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an automated email with tracking details once your shipment has left our warehouse.

Delivery Delays

CAPTRON North America is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or weather-related events. However, our logistics team actively supports customers in resolving such issues quickly.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is missing components, please notify sales.americas@captron.com within 7 business days of receipt. Please retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection during the claims process.
